Rhythmic Gymnastics
Absolutely fun to watch, this sport utilizes one of five pieces of equipment during a routine. A gymnast will use hoops, a ribbon, a ball, a rope or a club. Rhythmic Gymnastics combines dancing, tumbling, stretching, apparatus handling and perfect balance.
Originally, rhythmic gymnastics was a sport for girls and women. Recently, men have begun to participate. The first World Men's Championship in rhythmic gymnastics was held in Japan in 2003.
Aerobic Exercise
Nowadays, everybody has done aerobics at some point in their life. It's a great way to get fit, where aerobic enthusiasts stretch and dance their way to fitness. Aerobics gets the cardio-vascular system up and working hard. It aims to increase our oxygen intake and the heart rate. Depending on how long the routine lasts and how much effort you put in, you can burn more calories.
Trampolining
Everybody has at some point jumped on their bed even though their parents said no. Trampolining is a great exercise combining acrobatics while bouncing on the trampoline. It calls for strength, balance and stamina. It may look fun and easy but it does demand much from your body. An absolutely wonderful way to get fit.
